Surveys

The    Department     of    Contracts    shall    periodically    carry    out    customer    surveys    in    respect     of     the
Electronic Public Procurement System.  The surveys which are directed to both Contracting Authorities and Economic Operators are intended to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.  The results of these surveys will be used to make the necessary improvements both to the system interface, as well as its functionalities.  The results of the surveys will be published in this area.
