Flora (Part 2)
Making use of the plastic bottles and other plastic materials
These are some of the plastic bottles used to create the collage.
I used orange and yellow plastic bottles to create the hair. In the picture below, you may find how I created the curly hair by making use of tweezers, blades and zigzag scissors.
The final results of the hair may be seen hereunder:
Other coloured plastic is used to cover the rest of the creation. I made use of greens and blues representing the grass and the skies. I cut out the plastic and put it in a folded cardboard and while passing the hot iron it will create bubble effect.
From transparent plastic bottles I created the turquoise water. These were cut into square pieces and the colour was created by making use of blue and green glitter nail polishes.
