FAQs - CONTACTING THE DEPARTMENT

The public is always very welcome at the Department of Contracts. We will be more than happy to assist you when you call personally with any queries you might have. It is recommended though, that you contact the Department for an appointment prior to calling in personally due to the fact that personnel can be unavailable due to them attending training or meetings, delivering training to Contracting Authorities, or Workshops to Economic Operators. The Department’s opening hours can be found under the Contact section.

There is no preferred method; you can either give us a call or alternatively you can send us an email. The latter would be better if you want to contact us after office hours.
