GENERAL CONTRACTS COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
This page contained the General Contracts Committee (GCC) Recommendations from the Year 2003 to 2017. Prior to the latter, the GCC Recommendations were made up of both electronic and traditional calls for tenders.
As of 2017, the GCC Recommendations for etenders were no longer included on this webpage since these can be found under the respective CfT details. These can be located by going to the ePPS portal Opened Tender Details.
Once on the portal, click the Opened Tenders Details link at the bottom left hand side of any ePPS page.
WORKINGS OF THE GCC (PCAB AND PCRB)
The files available for download on this webpage contain the Workings of the General Contract Committee (GCC) from 2004 till 2020.
One can also find the reports pertaining to the Public Contracts Appeals Board (PCAB) from 2004 till 2010 and the Public Contracts Review Board (PCRB) for the Year 2010. It is to be noted that the PCRB started publishing their own reports after this year and these can be found here.
